is the Founder and Owner of Midwest Financial Staffing & Executive Search.  He is known for delivering the highest level of client and candidate service and has a tremendous amount of passion for his profession.  He is a well-known figure in the Midwest recruiting market.

Prior to starting the firm, Steven was a Division Manager, Trainer and ranked as the #2 Executive Recruiter in the nation for one of the largest finance & accounting recruiting firms in the world.

Currently, Steven is responsible for the overall management and direction of the firm but does not stray far from his roots. He still takes an active role in client development, client service and executive recruiting.

Steven started his career in Corporate Audit with a Fortune 10 company and holds degrees in Accounting, Finance and MIS from Bowling Green State University.

VP of Sales and Operations, is one of the most well-networked and highly regarded sales and staffing professionals in the region. January has over 12 years of Cincinnati based industry experience and has an unparalleled ability to build long term, trust based relationships with her clients and candidates.

Prior to joining Midwest Financial Staffing, January spent 10 years with one of the world's largest staffing firms in a variety of leadership positions. During this time, she earned multiple National Performance Awards and was one of the best performers in the nation.

Currently, January runs our Temporary Staffing Division and her team is responsible for new market development, client service and marketing. She oversees the Cincinnati and Dayton markets.

January is a Cincinnati native and holds a BBA in Communications from Northern Kentucky University.

Director of Executive Search and Permanent Placement, uses his 14 years of client service, business development and corporate finance experience to his advantage in the field of recruiting and talent assessment. He is known for building strong, long-term relationships with his clients and candidates, and quickly recognizes the intangibles that make people successful.

An 8 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Tim has spent the past 12 years in a number of corporate finance, sales and operational roles first with one of the Nation’s largest and most recognizable consumer packaged goods companies, and most recently with a Big 4 Firm.

Currently, Tim is responsible for leading Executive Search Placement and is based out of the Cincinnati office. The Executive Search Team focuses on contingency and retained searches, from Staff to C-Level direct placements.

Tim holds a BS in Accountancy from the College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio.

VP of Executive Search and Permanent Placement, uses his 22 years of corporate leadership and business start-up experience to his advantage in the field of recruiting and client service. He is known for building strong relationships with his clients and is a natural at assessing talent.

Prior to joining Midwest Financial Staffing, Jim spent 17 years with one of the world's largest consumer packaged goods companies and was one of the top Financial Executives. During his corporate tenure, Jim lived in Germany for 5 years and hired thousands of people for US and international operations.

Currently, Jim co-manages the firm's Executive Search Team. The Executive Search Team focuses on contingency and retained searches, from Staff to C-Level direct placements.

Jim holds a BBA in Economics from Xavier University and an MBA in Finance from University of Notre Dame.
